How do I change my subscription plan?
You can change your Poliigon subscription plan at any time from your account dashboard.
To change your subscription:
Click "Update Plan" and a Manage Account popup will appear
Click on your current active plan name and then click "Edit Subscription"
On the next page click "Change" and then choose the dropdown to select the plan you want to change to
You can then select either a monthly or yearly plan and click "Update" to see a summary of the plan change
If you're happy with the change click "Update Subscription" to accept the changes
When will the plan change take effect?
When your plan change take effect depends on whether or not you are "upgrading" or "downgrading" your plan.
If you are upgrading your plan e.g. from an Individual to a Team Plan, or from one Individual plan to another higher priced Individual plan then this is an "Upgrade" and the change will take effect immediately.
If you are downgrading your plan e.g. from a Team plan to an Individual Plan or from one Individual Plan to another lower priced Individual plan then this is a "Downgrade" and the change will take effect on your next renewal date.
