How do I change my subscription plan?
You can change your Poliigon subscription plan at any time by visiting the Pricing Page.
To change your subscription just click Change Plan on the plan you'd like to change to.
Note: If your subscription is paused or canceled, you will have to resume your plan before you can initiate a change.
When will the plan change take effect?
When your plan change take effect depends on whether or not you are "upgrading" or "downgrading" your plan.
If you are upgrading your plan e.g. from a Pro to a Business Plan, or from one Pro plan to another with more assets then this is an "Upgrade" and the change will take effect immediately.
If you are downgrading your plan e.g. from a Business plan to an Pro Plan or from one Pro Plan to another pro plan with fewer assets then this is a "Downgrade" and the change will take effect on your next renewal date.
