Refund policy

Information on our refund policies.

We can provide refunds for any purchases/payments within the last 30 days as long as you haven't purchased/downloaded assets since your last payment. For more details see below.

Subscriptions

If you’re not happy with your Poliigon subscription for any reason and you haven’t purchased any assets since your last payment you can contact us to receive a full refund of any payments made within the last 30 days.

Pay As You Go

If you purchased asset(s) without a subscription and haven't yet downloaded them you can contact us to receive a full refund of any purchases made within the last 30 days.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund contact us at support@poliigon.com with the email you used to make the purchase.

If your refund request is valid we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. It may then take a few days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your banking provider.
