We have a 30 day refund policy for our subscriptions and asset packs as well as a balance restore policy for any asset technical issues.
Subscriptions
If you’re not happy with your Poliigon subscription for any reason you can contact us to receive a full refund of any payments made within the last 30 days as long as you haven’t downloaded any new assets since then.
Asset Packs
If you purchased asset(s) without a subscription and haven't yet downloaded them you can contact us to receive a full refund of any purchases made within the last 30 days.
Asset Issues
If you discover a technical issue with any of our asset files we'll happily top up your asset balance so you can download another asset while we work to resolve the issue.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund contact us at support@poliigon.com with the email you used to make the purchase.
If your refund request is valid we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. It may then take a few days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your banking provider.
