If you signed up to Poliigon using a third party login such as Google or Facebook, you won't have created a password.
If your credentials or the state of your email has changed and you find yourself unable to log in manually because you don't have a password, you can utilize the password reset feature:
Navigate to the Login page, the select 'Login with Email', then select 'Forgot Password'. You'll be prompted to enter your email address.
You'll receive a confirmation email to that address, containing a link to select a new password. You can now login using your newly created password.
If you're having trouble finding the confirmation email, be sure to check spam or junk folders

Press F12 or right-click > Inspect > Console tab while on the problematic page
Take a screenshot showing any errors (red text)
