This guide will help you resolve the most common issues you might encounter while using Poliigon.com. If you're unable to resolve your issue after following these steps, our support team is ready to assist you.

Common Solutions

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies

    • In Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data

    • In Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data

    • In Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All

    • In Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data > Choose what to clear

    • In Opera: Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear browsing data

  2. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge, or Safari)

  3. Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers or script blockers

    • In Chrome: Menu (three dots) > More tools > Extensions > Toggle off or Remove

    • In Firefox: Menu (three lines) > Add-ons and themes > Extensions > Disable

    • In Safari: Safari menu > Settings > Extensions > Uncheck to disable

    • In Edge: Menu (three dots) > Extensions > Manage extensions > Toggle off

  5. Try a different network connection (switch from Wi-Fi to mobile hotspot or vice versa)

  6. Toggle your VPN on/off if you're using one
