Regular (Dielectric) Materials:

In order to load in regular materials that use the specular/gloss workflow, these are the required maps and their inputs:

  1. COL - Insert into the Albedo texture input.

  2. GLOSS - Insert into the Reflections texture input, and then enable the "Inverted" option.

  3. NRM - Insert into the Bump texture input. *Note that currently in Sketchup, in order for the normal map to be read correctly you will need to rename the file itself by adding a "_n" to the very end of the file name. This will tell Enscape that it is a normal map, instead of a regular greyscale bump map.

Metal Materials ( Metalness workflow)

For metal materials make sure to download the metalness workflow, and these are the required maps and their inputs:

  1. COL - Insert into the Albedo texture input.

  2. ROUGHNESS - Insert into the Reflections texture input.

  3. NRM - Insert into the Bump texture input. *Note that currently in Sketchup, in order for the normal map to be read correctly you will need to rename the file itself by adding a "_n" to the very end of the file name. This will tell Enscape that it is a normal map, instead of a regular greyscale bump map.

  4. Set the Metallic slider to 100%.
