What are the differences between the types of plans?

The Hobby plan is an affordable plan for hobbyists, students and "light" users that do not need a commercial license.

The Professional plan comes with a commercial license and 300 credits / month. This is our most popular plan.

The Team plan is a commercial plan for up to 10 users with 900 credits / month best suited for small studios or companies that need a high amount of textures regularly.

Our Enterprise plan is a customized plan that is designed for large production studios.  It offers flexible billing, priority support customized access and credit quantities. Please contact us for more details.


What are the differences between the monthly and yearly plans?

Yearly plans offer a 25% discount on monthly plans as well as increased maximum balances.


What is my maximum balance?

Your maximum balance is determined by your plan and whether or not you're on a monthly or annual subscription. Your maximum balance is visible on your account dashboard.

What happens if I don’t use my credits?

Any credits you don't use will stay in your account up to your plans maximum balance. Once you have reached the maximum balance, your oldest credits will expire in order for you to receive new credits.

For example, if you have the professional yearly plan which receives 300 credits / month and a full balance of 3600 credits, you will lose 300 credits on your next credit renewal date to make room for your next credits.

Credit Packs are not affected in the same way as subscription credits, but expire 12 months after purchase

When is my next billing date?

Your next billing date is visible on your account dashboard.

When will I get more credits?

If you've got a Poliigon subscription you'll get new credits every month, you can see when you'll next get credits on your account dashboard.

Can I cancel my Subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your Subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Subscriptions will auto-renew until cancelled.

What happens to my credits when I cancel?

Once you cancel, you will still be able to use your credits until the end of your current billing period. Once it ends, you will lose any remaining credits so we encourage you to use these first.

What happens to my assets when I cancel?


You can continue to use any assets you acquired after your subscription has ended according to our terms and conditions. Please view our License FAQ for full details.

Can I buy Credit Packs instead of a Subscription?
 
Yes, you can purchase Credit Packs with or without a Subscription.  When purchasing textures, Subscription credits will be used first.  Credits from a Credit Pack come with a commercial license and expire after 12 months from date of purchase.


Can I use the textures or assets, even after my Subscription expires?

Yes!  You can use them at any time, as long as you use them according to our terms and conditions.  Please view our License FAQ for full details.


What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in USD.


Do the prices on the Pricing page include VAT/GST?

No, they do not include VAT/GST. Value Added Tax/Goods and Services Tax will be automatically added to every payment based on your countries tax laws. 


Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Please note that our PayPal account is set up in Australia, so some regional restrictions may apply.


Is there a Trial plan?

If you would like to try some of our textures, you can sign-up and download some hi-res samples from our Free section.


Do you have any student discounts or promotions?

We don't currently have a student plan/discounts or promotions. If you are a student, our Hobby plan is currently the best option for you. You could also sign up for free and download our free assets.
