What are the differences between the types of plans?
The Hobby plan is an affordable plan for hobbyists, students and "light" users that do not need a commercial license.
The Freelancer plan comes with a commercial license and offers more credits than our Hobby plan. This is our most popular plan.
The Production plan is suited for small studios or companies that need a high amount of textures regularly. Each additional "seat" adds on 600 credits and provides a separate login. Please contact us for more details.
The Studio plan is a customized plan that is designed for large production studios. It offers unlimited access and is priced per project. Please contact us for more details.
What are the differences between the monthly and yearly plans?
Yearly plans offer more value as you get a discounted rate for paying for 12 months up-front. Both will give you new credits on a monthly basis.
When is my billing date? When do my credits refresh?
For Monthly plans: Your billing date is on the Monthly anniversary of your first Monthly plan payment at approx. midnight UTC, unless there is a failed payment. Credits refresh monthly on your billing date at approx. midnight UTC, upon a successful payment.
For Yearly plans: Your billing date is on the Yearly anniversary of your first Yearly plan payment at approx. midnight UTC, unless there is a failed payment. Credits refresh monthly on the monthly anniversary date of your first Yearly payment at midnight UTC.
If your subscription is set to "Canceled" status, your account and credits will expire at approx. midnight UTC at the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I cancel my Subscription so it doesn't automatically renew?
Yes, you can cancel your Subscription at any time to prevent it from automatically renewing.
What happens to my credits when I cancel?
Once you cancel, you will still be able to use any remaining credits until the end of your current monthly or yearly cycle. Once it ends, your Subscription and credits will expire instead of renew.
Do the credits roll-over if I have a Subscription?
If you have an active Subscription, unused credits on the Hobby plan will roll-over for 1 month and unused credits on the Freelancer and Production plans will roll-over for 3 months. If your Subscription expires, credits will no longer roll-over and all credits will expire.
On-demand credits packs expire after 12 months from date of purchase.
Can I buy On-demand credit packs instead of a Subscription?
Yes, you can purchase On-demand credit packs with or without a Subscription. When purchasing textures, Subscription credits will be used first. On-demand credits come with a commercial license and expire after 12 months from date of purchase.
Can I use the textures or assets, even after my Subscription expires?
Yes! You can use them at any time, as long as you use them according to our terms and conditions. Please view our License FAQ for full details.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in USD.
Do the prices on the Pricing page include VAT?
No, they do not include VAT. Value Added Tax will be automatically added to every payment if your country or state has adopted the use of VAT.
Which credit cards are accepted? Can I pay with PayPal?
Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Please note that our account is set up in Australia, so some regional restrictions may apply.
You can also use a payment method that you have registered on your PayPal account. Simply choose our PayPal form to use this method.
Is there a Trial plan? How do I download the free textures?
