What are the differences between the types of plans?
The Individual plan is for a single user that's not part of an entity earning more than $150K USD/year. It comes with a commercial license and 100, 300 or 500 credits / month. This is our most popular plan. As part of this plan you can't share assets with others.
The Team plan is for teams or companies with revenue less than $2M USD/year.
It also includes a commercial license and 900 credits / month. It's best suited for teams that need to share assets, small studios or companies that need a high amount of textures regularly. As part of this plan you can share assets with other members on your Poliigon team plan.
Our Enterprise plan is a customized plan that is designed for large production studios or companies earning above $2M USD/year. It offers options for flexible billing, priority support, customized terms and credit quantities. Please contact us for more details.
What are the differences between the monthly and yearly plans?
Yearly plans offer a discount on monthly plans of up to $108 per year or $9 per month for individuals and even more discounts for teams.
What happens if I don’t use my credits?
Any credits you don't use will roll over from month to month as long as your subscription remains active.
Credit Packs are not affected in the same way as subscription credits and will never expire.
When is my next billing date?
Your next billing date is visible on your account dashboard.
Where can I download my invoices?
You can download all your invoices from your account dashboard. Just click the eye icon next to My Invoices and a popup will appear where you can download one or all of your invoices.
When will I get more credits?
If you've got a Poliigon subscription you'll get new credits every month, you can see when you'll next get credits on your account dashboard.
Can I cancel my Subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Subscriptions will auto-renew until cancelled.
What happens to my credits when I cancel?
Once you cancel, you will still be able to use your credits until the end of your current billing period. Once it ends, you will lose any remaining credits so we encourage you to use these first.
What happens to my assets when I cancel?
You can continue to use any assets you acquired after your subscription has ended according to our terms and conditions. Please view our License FAQ for full details.
Can I buy Credit Packs instead of a Subscription?
Yes, you can purchase Credit Packs with or without a Subscription. When purchasing textures, credit pack credits will be used first. Credits from a Credit Pack come with a commercial license.
Can I use the textures or assets, even after my Subscription expires?
Yes! You can use them at any time, as long as you use them according to our terms and conditions. Please view our License FAQ for full details.
Do the prices on the Pricing page include VAT/GST?
GST is included for Australia but is exclusive for Europe and the UK. VAT/GST is not applicable for for any other countries/regions at this time.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, American Express, JCB and PayPal. Please note that our PayPal account is set up in Australia, so some regional restrictions may apply.
How do I update my card / payment details?
To update your card or payment details go to your account dashboard. At the bottom of the page click the pen / edit icon next to Payment Information and there you can add or edit your payment details including adding backup payment methods.
Is there a Trial plan?
Do you have any student discounts or promotions?
We don't currently have a student plan/discounts or promotions. If you are a student, our Individual plan is currently the best option for you. You could also sign up for free and download our free assets.
If you are an educational institute that needs 10 or more license then contact us for custom plan options suited to your budget.
